Last night I saw Tool in Atlantic City

This was the show at Boardwalk Hall, the first Tool concert I have been to.

It was unbelievable.

There were four screens on the stage, along with two larger ones to the left and right. The bass and guitar player were both up front, left and right, Maynard was toward the back left and the drummer was towards the back right.

The acoustic set up was amazing, very loud and pounding, except it was a little hard to hear the beginning of each song....but it picked up. They also had a pretty incredible laser light display throughout the while arena.

The played 9 or 10 songs from Laterlus, Anema and 10,000 Days.....no Opiate or Undertow. The crowd was going crazy almost the entire hour and a half.

If you get a chance to see them do it.

I saw them at the Molson Amphitheater in Toronto last September, I was front row against the barricade. This summer I'm going to see them at the Bell Centre in Montreal. They're shows are awsome.

Tool puts on a hell of a live show. First time I saw them live was back in '97 at Ozzfest and they were definately worth the price of admission and the long drive to see. Haven't seem them since around 2001, but I'm sure they're still just as good.

I saw them 10 years ago and they rocked. One of the best live bands out there.

TOOL are unbelievable live. The green laser lights really make for something special visually when u add in the screens.

Their live playing is flawless, really cant state that enough.

Awesome band.

I have seen them 4 times, their musicianship is incredible. They are one of the very few bands I have seen that sound better live than on the album. Too bad they didn't play anything off Undertow or Opiate though.
