I feel this way also, Lair just got held back for tweaks (Sept 9th now) they say on-line stuff but rumors are the controls are getting tightened up also, good job of trying to fix it up by Sony.

How is it this game is already being reviewed when the release date was just pushed back yet again? I hope this game and Heavenly Sword end up being good. After them there's not much on the PS3 I'm really interested in until 2008.

I think they released the game to reviewers, saw some of the negative criticism and freaked. This is supposed to be a flagship title, so Sony is probably afraid of pulling off another Killzone. Regardless, some reviews are up on ****critic *shrugs*

I hear it's a pretty badass game. I think the main criticism is that it's graphics are a little dated for a ps3 game, but it's really just a juiced up port of an xbox game so I guess it's not too outlandish. Either way, it's easily one of the top 3 games on the ps3.
