those other goons are still running the radio show. i called in yesterday after hearing about the verdict, they didnt put me on the air but i ended up having an hour long discussion with the old fart who runs truthradio.
he started out by saying what happened to Hovind was very unfair because Hovind was "ignorant of the law" - so then i read through some of the reported testimony of his employees and David Charles Gibbs(of the Christian Law Association) who present evidence that Hovind was intentionally trying to beat the system. ie: you dont make countless sub$10,000 withdrawals, which happen to be just under the amount of which is flagged, on accident.
so the old fart ended up conceding the fact that Hovind knew what he was doing, but THEN tells me that there actually arent any laws which require you to pay income tax - lol.
also, that judges dont allow presentation of a good defense in IRS cases because they dont want to be audited themselves.
the old fucker also suggested i buy his book so i could understand how 3 aspects of electricity prove a triune god.
