I enjoyed the movie. Its totally worth watching at least one time. Not the greatest movie ever but it has some merit.

haven't seen "Never Back Down" the preview was enough for me, but you are right "Redbelt" was a really good movie.

a friend of mine saw it and said it was good but very predictable. the fight scenes seem pretty real, i'll probably rent it if i can or dl it.

That movie needed another 15 to 20 minutes of plot to tie things up, and some fucking subtitles.

The fucking plot is akin to a dude being thrown in a hole and watching people shit on him for 90 minutes, then just turning the camera off when they're all dooked out.

Is he still broke? Did she leave him? Did he leave her? Did he even get fucking paid for the fights?

It's just so unresolved. There's no ending. Bummed me out. It's almost as bad as Matrix Revolutions. You're sitting there waiting for it to redeem itself and it never, ever happens.

it was honestly a garbage movie...i remember hearing about it after the whole "never back down" garbage movie came out......i watched ad was absolutely disappointed....some good cameos...other than that...the whole disadvantage thing was so retarded on an epic level i could hardly stomach watching the "fights". The trailer is a complete waste of time..cuz when i saw the trailer i was like...hmmmm this looks good...but than immediately AND during the movie i was like..omfg kill me now.......dont watch....buy a mma dvd and watch that

Everything was redeemed. He didn't need money, his woman, or pay for the fight.

He had everything that he could ever ask for. Pride.
