It includes two extra chapters. The first is about spirituality in combat sports. Typically, the martial artists who emphasize spirituality are traditionalists in pajama talking too much and not sweating enough, whereas most combat sports enthusiasts are great when it comes to action but not exactly renowned for intellectual depth. This chapter discusses how both sides are missing something, and on the need to take the best from both. The second chapter is the thing I've written I'm most proud of. It's somewhat of a more personal piece about the main reasons that push me to train day in and day out. It sports the unlikely title of "On Failed Friendships, Martial Arts, Nietzsche, and Self-Perfection".
I'm glad you liked the first edition! By the way, in which library did you find it?
