Joe Rogan Stand up comedy

I saw Joe Rogan last night at Cobbs comedy club in San Francisco. I must say i didnt think he would be that good but that motherfucker is hilarious. I reccomend seeing him. For about an hour he was asking the crowd what they wanted to talk about and the crowd would shout out shit and he would just make shit up and make everyone laugh. Good shit.

The first two comics made fun of me and having the best seat in the house didnt help either. They starting making fun of me cause i had a Tapout shirt on and still had food on my table. They were talking about my girlfriend will want to fuck after the show while i am running to the bathroom. Also he asked me "Are you a tough guy mr. Tapout are you going to fuck someone up Mr. Tapout." Then he starting talking about my girlfriend would look like Matt hughes with his legs in the air getting his ass kicked and i would be like St. Pierre kicking her ass.

I dont know, i forgot how the Hughes joke went but it was funny.

I did not want to wear my Tapout shirt for this very reason but my g/f convinced me... the first guy really let me have it and so did the second guy.

Anyway i recommend seing Joe Rogan, my g/f said he was better than Dave Chappelle who is her all time favorite.

There's enough Joe Rogan stand up threads on these forums but yea....he's the most underrated standup out there right now.

First time I saw him live was in the 90's and he KILLED at the Montreal Just for Laughs festival (world's biggest comedy festival) in front of thousands of people.

TBH his last CD wasn't the best but definitely worth 10 bucks. He was funnier when he was less jacked up. All those muscles add a very testosterone vibe to his act...

I liked that vid a while back where some woman in the audience was trying to heckle him, and he just totally owned her.

He goes "how many of the women here would fuck me right now?" And they all screamed. LOL

NO WAY NEAR AS GOOD AS CHAPPELLE

I saw Joe Rogan's stand-up on Showtime. I didn't think he would be that funny, but he was surprisingly good. Sometimes he thinks he is breaking new ground, and goes off on some "stoner" based rant, but I agree that his stand-up is worth watching.

It's funny to compare the current "screaming lunatic" version of Joe Rogan to the more laidback version of a few years ago. Guess all that "hormone replacement therapy" he's been talking about is making him all crazy. Yeah he has surprisingly good standup but he needs to take some damn Xanax or smoke a little more highgrade weed before he goes out.

Thank you for the recommendation. I was contemplating going to see him, as I always hear him on Sarah & No Name and wondered if he was worth seeing live. I'll definitely try and get tix to Cobb's this weekend.

I've seen Dave Chappelle live several times and there's no way Rogan is better.

Joe should take a note from Carlos and steal some good material from a funny comedian.
