Icon4 Japanese movie question ?

Years ago I watched an excellent japanese movie which I don't remember the title, can somebody help me ?

The few things I remember from this movie were :
- it was a movie about samurais,
- black and white,
- it was a modern adaptation of the samurai world, very funny with young characters
- their was some rock music in the movie I think, the music was really good
- near the end of the movie, the hero fights his enemy near a river and at the end of the movie he jumps in the river from a cliff
- I think their was a female character in the movie who had a handicap or she had a lot of pimples on her face or something like that.

Those are all the details I remember from this movie. Some of them may not be correct (hey I watched this movie a loooonng time ago ).

If you know some movies which may correspond to this one, give me some titles please. This quest has lasted for a too long time
