Arnold has stuntmen bro. He never actually does any of the cool shit himself. He normally walks around looking like a badass while mowing down enemies with some high powered weapon. Sure that's fucking awesome, but Jackie Chan does so many crazy stunts and intricate hand-to-hand combat scenes using the whole environment. You can't blame Jackie Chan for being a goofy looking little Chinese guy instead of a roided up Austrian.

You said Jackie Chan's action sequences are better. That's false. Whether or not he has a stunt man doesn't change the fact that the sequences themselves are hundreds of times better than those in Jackie Chan movies.
