J.J. Abrams New Show: FRINGE

J.J. Abrams' latest TV venture:

Fringe Television show - Fringe TV Show - Yahoo! TV

I will say that the trailer looks impressive, in the sheer scale of the things shown. However, even before the end you could just tell that the 'style' screamed it was a FOX show. Not that that means it will be bad, but it does give me doubts.

I like JJ Abrams, but I'm not too excited to see this show. It just doesn't scream out 'Must-see' to me like the Terminator show did.... or Alias way back when.

Maybe it's because I'm not a fan (in the least) of the main male actor.

it does kind of look like an X-Files remix, w/ that dude from Dawson's Creek.

I was just gonna say... I liked it better when it was called "The X-Files." It also reeks of being another keep-the-audience-in-the-dark-for-nearly-a-decade slow-reveal a la LOST. But only with Pacey.

then again, it's not like being like the X-Files is a bad thing
