So I'm not a geek, I don't know the technical differences between the Iphone and the Instinct.
What I do know is this:

Iphone videos look much nicer.
Instinct has TV, Iphone doesn't.

Besides of that, I suppose both have nice services with differences in the quality.
Who has the edge in this? Is the Iphone the king, or maybe the Instinct will go down in history as the most underrated phone that lost the battle but was BETTER than the iphone?

actually both fail when compared with the brand new LG Dare from Verizon.

First things first. Verizon is the best carrier. Period. End of story.

Second, the Dare has a 3 inch touch screen and does the simple things that the Iphone can't LIKE PLAY F'N STEREO BLUETOOTH.

I bought the dare for a family member and I was considering turning in my blackberry for the phone. that's how seriously fly it is.

My rule of thumb is, for every apple product on the market, there is something at least 15% cheaper which does a lot more, just without the "look at me, I'm cool" styling.

Always look aroud, Ive never seen an apple product worth buying.

I've haven't used every phone on the market but I will say the iPhone is, by far, the best phone I have ever had. And with 3rd Party apps coming soon, I can only imagine the possibilities.

The iPhone might be on the expensive side and it might be trendy but if you don't mind spending the money, I highly recommend it. The OS is just amazing.

Not at all. If you can use a computer you can use it no problem. Its advantages over the ipod are endless, the main one being that the creative will play any video, it doesnt have to convert them to its own format. Everyone I know with an ipod says they hardly use the video function as its so selective with what it will play, I havent found anything the creative couldnt play automatically. Many other I couldnt be bother typing out, only a fool would pay the extra for an ipod considering what you get for the money.
