The human body is obviously a fine machine, but what parts would you add or fix if you could? I think the throat is a problem because it leaves us too susceptible to choking or some kind of circumstance/ reaction that causes the throat to swell, or be blocked for whatever reason. It being our only way to get air into the body, if it is obstructed, we are in trouble. It doesnt help that we have to shove stuff down it or near it all the time.
This should be changed on future models. Maybe breathing through our skin or other orfices too? Your suggestions?

Or possibly an air inhale hole and an exhale hole. So the air makes a one-way trip through the body, like food.
Why are my genitals located at the place where I piss and poop? It's like an entertainment center at the sewage plant.
Why does the prostrate encircle the urethra? That blows.
Better circulation for the legs. Better spine. Better heart. These three things seem to bother people a lot.
It would be great for our skin to be more resistant to UV radiation as well.
Cancer is a bitch.
Check out this video from the 2 minute mark until the end.
He mentions that our eyes can't see much of the electro magnetic field (we can't see harmful radiation or poisonous gasses, etc), that as warm blooded creatures we have to eat constatly (a crocodile has to eat a chicken a week), as well as some of the things I mentioned, and others.
Humans werent meant to walk upright! That's why our backs have such problems.
Well, "meant" implies design, so I don't think that is a proper wording, but we still drag around a lot of jury-rigged musculature from the time we used to squat a lot and walked on all fours. We are kind of stuck halfway between, unable to do neither comfortably.
Our spines and lower backs are subjected to a lot of stress in our lifetimes...
