I want to learn all about the body, excercise and nutrition
and much more but thats phase 1.
I'm just finding out as much as I can to take a good route to my goal
What approach do you suggest I take?
I want to learn all about the different kinds of training methods, about the muscles, food & nutrition, stretching etc and use what I learn to earn money while Im learning if possible
