I think I would just sign off and find something else to do. I would let him prove to everyone what an ass he is no sense in dragging yourself down with him. Really, once you get a little older you'll realise he's just sucking up the energy you would be getting other things accomplished with...no need wasting your energy on something that will be very difficult if not impossible to work out. Just go be more productive somewhere else.
