I mean this literally.

He's been acting like a prick (not all the time, just sometimes) ever since he became the guy in charge of our little security gig.

I prefer him being 'in charge' because i have other shit i'm trying to do and would rather him have more responsibility. Plus, he had rights to the position because I was out of the state taking care of our Grandfather and he had been working this job since he quit/got fired from his job as an electricians apprentice.

Anyways, so imagine you're loser younger brother (I never called him a loser, we've been on great terms in the past) starts to think he's big shit because he is the guy that has to turn in the time sheets. And he is the one primarily responsible for taking security calls when we get them and deciding whether he wants to take the call or pass them on to me. He's let a little bit of power go to his head.

We got the security gig because the security owner is friends with our dad.

So he takes this job really seriously (which even the people who we are providing security for think is funny) and he's been power tripping more and more.

The other day he called me up and tried to get me to either take the blame for something, or to blame our dad. I thought that was really fucked up. I called him a f*cking f*gg&t and hung up on him.

I'm older than him and have done more security than him (big deal, anyone with a pulse can do security) yet he acts like he's someone special. He's really a loser who spends all his time in one bar that has no girls in it. Thats all he does. I'm smarter and better looking and everyone likes me more because he's a dick and I'm not (and no he doesn't get chicks).

I actually have something going for me in comparison to him....

I spend all my time training or my website pursuits, he spends it at the bar.

He also gets drunk and he's been talking a little shit and even called me a bitch. I sternly warned him.

He knows I'm not screwing around and am not the type to talk shit back and forth.

He said if I kicked him in the head he'd fire me. In my opinion, I think my Dad and Boss may side with me because they know he can be a dick.

If he talks any amount of shit again that I'm uncomfortable with, I think I'll give him a warning in front of my family members that he crossed the line.

I may even be specific about what leg I'm going to kick his head with to drive the point home. But I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.

Only problem with that idea is that he may actually have the power to fire me, and he could just fire me on the spot. I couldn't really justify kicking him in the head at that point.
