I think I got shafted
I downloaded at game via torrent and turns out it wasn't a game. It ended up downloading this IE antivirus program. It kept saying I had a virus and I had to pay money in order to fix the problem. I already have an anti virus program though. So I deleted it. But the weird thing is whenever I open a folder or Internet Explorer, a warning message pops up saying I need to get the IE anti virus program because my computer's infected. Then it automatically opens up another Explorer Window about IE antivirus.
My anti virus program and spyware program can't seem to get rid of this crap. What should I do?

Just google search the messages you keep getting - there is probably a solution out there somewhere...

This has happened to me a few times to my work computer ( luckily Im not the only one who uses it ) From what I was told the "IE antivirus program" IS THE VIRUS . Its a scam to get you to buy crap you dont really need. I wish I could give you advice what to do but my companys Internet "police" handles all that. I'm cool with one of the guys I will ask him to see what exactly what to do.

Follow this guide, and download the programs to the T: Malware Removal Guide
If all else fails, you will have logs of the scans that you can copy and paste to the forums, then a specialist will walk you through the removal process of your specific malware problem.
