Languages...and the sounds required to say the words of that language.

Depending on what language you're talking about, some accents are brought on in part by socio-economical means.

The control unconciously of the voice by these brain pathes is in escense what gives us our unique accents

I think its in the pronounciation of the letters. If you notice that certain places tends to strees certain vowels or make certain constant silent. An example would be in Boston the phrase "I park my car" would be said as "I Pahk my cah"
