Human Rights Questions.

It would appear as though that I have much research to examine concerning that of Human Rights. I know *very little* information relevant to this topic; and would appreciate any applicable information relevant to the theme.

While the basis of my research will be relevant to that of the United States; I was curious if any of you could help me discover any eminent features of human rights within the United States that may prove helpful throughout the tenure of my studies?

What are Human Rights that Americans have? Have any major world affairs affected Human Rights? Are Human Rights associated and affiliated with any constitutions or laws?

These are general queries I intended on implementing into my study. Because I have such a limited perusal of substance to base my ideas upon; I would appreciate any information that you could offer.

Thanks.

I think I will go get some ice cream now. Maybe I will liberate some chocolate ice cream to get some freedom to in my mouth.

most people don't know this but the concept of "Human Rights" didn't come to fruition until the United Nations Charter. so it's a relatively new.

anyway, as far as Americans are concerned, their basic human rights are found in the Constitution (speech, due process, liberty, security, etc)

Human rights is strongly correlated with human suffering. Particularly unwanted or unnecessary suffering.

Any additional thought provocations to prolong the capacity of my research and otherwise provide obliging commotion would be invaluable.

Thanks again.

There no such thing as "rights".

There is only what a man can do, and what a man can't do.
