Please be more clear, if you like her, go for it, ask her out, she can only say no, the thing is, confidence do you have it to ask her out, to go up and say hi, how's you?... blah blah and get her number, or just like her and won't do nothing about it.

I find people who have no confidence don't strive for anything in life with a passion, what I do is with friends is go up and ask women out, all they can do is say yeah or no, either way be up front and you'll get an up front answer.

From what you've said so far there's no way to tell if she's interested in you. But whether she is or not you'll never know for sure till you go for it. So if you want her, GO FOR IT! If she say's "No, I like you as just a friend" then forget it and move on. If not, well then, have fun.

Yes- and to answer your first question your chances are ZERO.

You don't get it pal. You have so many scenarios in your head of what can be and what could be, but you don't have the essential thing to get girls. Balls to ask them out straight up face to face. Once you get that and understand some social skills and how people think you'll then be ready.
