I trained a bunch of college kids how to run painting businesses years ago, two of them were smoking hot chicks (almost the only in the national 30m company lol).
Not hard to work with, they are better at certain things (sales, marketing), and worse at others (initially, managing employees).
However, they were both highly motivational "I wanna beat the boys," and so, well, noone wants to "lose to a girl."
Hire her based on merit, or nothing at all. Her looks shouldn't be an issue. If the people get distracted, then you need to bring the hammer down.
