Its a very in depth background check, which every employer should do. Just because you don't get charged for the dumb things you do doesn't mean you aren't a dipshit.
If she is qualified for the job then hire her, why not have a little eye candy around the office. Besides if she has done the same general thing before, I'm sure she can hold her own when it comes to your friend hitting on her.

I wouldn't hire her.
Production drops it will come back on you.
You seem to have a feeling that production will drop.

Just enjoy the show, and the scenery until she wants to bang you in her office. Make sure you have a camera hidden somewhere.

Ummm, you're not going to hire her because she is hot??? Lame. Plus its definately descrimination. Hiring her might bring about some new challenges as far as the behavior of your other employees, but its something that you will probably have to deal with eventually. So th real answer is, if she is the best candidate for the job, hire her and deal with the rest of the shit IF it happens.

There's your answer. That's what I would do and I would let the interview dictate my next action.

The question should be, what positions are you going to have her in?

now my ot answer would be to make sure when she "interviews" she cleans up afterwards as there is nothing worse then have a woman leaving your office with evidence on her lip. I hope this helps.

It's not a very in-depth background check, it's prying into the private lives of people. People's private lives should remain unaffiliated with work. Just because someone chooses to have public access to what they do on their own time doesn't equate to open fire for employers to decline hiring someone based on the 1 time they went to a party, got drunk, and streaked around the backyard, or something similar. What people do in their private time vs. what they do at work are two entirely and, most of the time, unrelated things.
