That simply comes full circle, though.
If you want to know how to achieve those particular goals, head to a bodybuilding website.
It a forum where the information is based/focused on performance, not looks.

yeah, i dont know what the fuck goes on there or that they had that rule. but that makes it a little less douchy, now.

To be fair the one poster that normally fail bombs crap threads has stopped posting in the main forum as of late.
Those that typically start the flame wars over there are quite retarded themselves now days. If you go in there and ask a serious question about strength & power you will get a serious answer, and might get one of the forum regulars to poke their head out of the training logs.
The forum as a whole has cleaned up in the last couple of months with the addition of three new mods. Crap threads are now getting locked before flame wars erupt, which helps out immensly.

You clearly asked a ridiculous question that could easily be answered in the FAQ.
Get over it.

I'm a SnP regular and have my chops busted often. That's the demeanor of the place.
Ask/say something obvious or dumb you'll get teased. Just like real life.
I hope I didn't ruin anyone's day.

well, i don't really care, first off. they can flame and whatnot all they want and no one's gonna stop it. thats the internet. i dont bother them and they dont bother me.
but the point of a forum is also that it's a place where you can easily access information from multiple people. you can't ask particulars on any old website or get one-on-one conversations with people. i just dont see why if you have the answer you would choose to flame instead of giving the information. That's gotta say something about whoever-would-do-that's personality.
and you'll never see me pulling one of those "so and so forum that way ----->" cause i don't give a shit if sherdog lives or dies. not to sound like i'm too cool for school, but seriously, what do i care if you post something in the wrong forum?

same deal. this is probably the sole forum that most members post on (like me). if they're gonna ask a question (since it's better to ask questions on forums) they're gonna ask it here.
if you have the answer i don't see the benefit of being a dick versus just divulging the information.

Honestly, it is because most of the time those guys don't want to hear what we have to say anyway.
If they're on an Internet forum asking how to look like Brad Pitt, they're most likely the I've tried p90x, Bowflex, and the total gym and none of them work type.
They want to get rich quick. When the truth is they can achieve that physique following the same lifting principles we do.
The problem is no one wants to put in the work, thats why we are so easily irritated.

First of all, in the world of iron, nothing is improved until it's broken and torn.
You want to be stronger, you have to tear your fibers and wear down your motor units so they rebuild in recovery and you get stronger.
That's the type of mentality they have there, because they've all been through it and they experience it every day in the gym. They're used to their bodies being torn down, so you think it bothers them to have the occasional tear in the ass on a forum? No, so they return the favor.
You know who's considered one of the most respected, forged and strong posters in S&P? Ascension.
Guess what - He used to get his balls busted there too. We all do at a certain point.
I'm fairly strong for my size but at a certain point, my dead lifting form was wrong so I got some tips for it. But that's the mentality I accept. My friends yelling at me to push it and get the weight up or I'm a pussy. Me screaming into my friend's ear to explode up and that it's all him and that I'm not touching anything. It's a world of adrenaline and tear-shit-up and there's no room for "Oh welcome to Pretty Princess Land, the index for curling is right over there, want me to kiss your cheek and grab your ass on the way there?"
Okay, well maybe there's a little room for ass-grabbing. But if you don't squat, no one will want to grab your ass.
