if you really want to piss her off, you can block all incoming txt messages on your cell phone and when you do this, a notification txt is sent to that person letting them know.

See the problem is that you want to know that she's calling you, wanting something, and you want the satisfaction of KNOWING that she KNOWS you're ignoring her/want nothing to do with her. If what USS_Logic says is possible, do that, because even though you won't know if she's contacted you, at least she'll know that you have cut her out of your life...you can't have it all man. No need to be vindictive if you keep getting pulled into the fray and keep getting stung over and over again, just do what needs to be done and leave it be.
