Great Documentaries

I watched Spike Lee's "When The Levees Broke" the past two nights and it got me thinking about documentaries in general. What are some of your all time favorites? Here are a few of mine:

1. Hoop Dreams
2. Bowling For Columbine
3. An Incovenient Truth
4. One Day in September
5. When The Levees Broke
6. Fahrenheit 9/11
7. The Last Round: Chuvalo vs. Ali

Seems like your idea of the all time greatest documentaries only goes back to the 90s.
And 2, 3, 5 and 6 should be nowhere near a list of great documentaries. In fact I could easily argue that Bowling for Columbine isn't even a documentary at all.

What would you say then? There's doubtless plenty older docs I've forgotten about, and a few reminders would be good. For another recent one though, I'd add Easy Riders, Raging Bulls.
