GPS recommendations

I'm thinking about picking up a Garmin nuvi 200w, I don't need a lot of the high-end features, so this seems like a good basic model. Anyone have any experience/recommendations? How are the PC features? (apparently I need to buy a USB cable for it)

Maybe you want a 260, which is what we run. I'm thinking about getting a 350 myself. The 260 calls out streets by name, instead of "turn left in 500, 400, 300 yards." The 350 comes with a wall-charger, whereas, I believe, lower models do not.

Maybe you don't care for the voice though. I believe the 200 has written directions that flash on the screen.

Whatever you buy, my advice is don't leave it in the car. It's a handy little helper.

I would not get anything but a Garmin. I am a Limo driver and a Garmin is the best GPS no matter what model you get. Dont buy the newest one for like a grand, get the one that came out like a year ago, it should save you like 600 bucks.

A GPS with everything you need can be had for less than $200 no problem. Search the deal forums (sig)
