I personally wouldn't take it unless the pay was big enough. I like things simple and too much change isn't worth the trouble for me. I would have to really like asian chicks and chinese food/culture as well as still be able to train. But that's just me.

If you like new experiences and living in a new country for a while, it wouldn't be a bad idea. Three years is enough to become somewhat proficient in most languages so maybe you can use the opportunity to pick up some chinese as well. I would suggest doing some research on shanghai before going. You don't want to jump into a new environment and end up hating it.

Pretty much every thread semi-relating to asians have a penis or eye joke in them. The mods never seem to ban those people. Then there are the numerous remarks about black people which again mods never seem to do anything about.
