Exactly.
I think that you might be able to do it when the baby is born at the hospital without her knowledge.
By the way: Good posts, my good man.

Maverick, it's not your flying, it's your attitude. The enemy's dangerous, but right now you're worse than the enemy: you're dangerous and foolish. You may not like the guys flying with you, they may not like you. But whose side are you on?
Seriously dude, that's a warped way of looking at your responsibilities and life.

That's what marriage is about gents, it's about family. The decision is yours TS, either you want a family or you don't. I don't know your situation, but I for one am glad I was raised in an actual family.

As am I.

Bobby has already mentioned that he wants to marry this chick... he should do it. Most people that live together and dont marry, break up. Divorce is not what hurts the child, the breakup is what hurts the child. Marriage is a failure in america because we have fucked up cultures, and fucked up people. Pre-Marital cohabitation is probably the worst misconceptions of our current culture.
The whole theory goes: if things work out, then good, if not, I'm gonna bail. That has NOTHING to do with what marriage is supposed to be. That is the opposite of marriage.

Quoted for fucking truth.
I don't even use that phrase, but it felt damn appropriate here.
Well put, my good man. Well put.

lol, you have to be pretty stupid to be dedicated and still fail at school. Either way this just isn't an option right now. I can't just go to school. I'm thinking of going back to school september of 2009 maybe if things work out, and my girl and baby are coming with me.

It sucks to be you, but it does make sense. Just moving in together will not cut it, because either of you are free to leave at anytime; there has to be a binding committement.

Then I can't fault you any longer.
You tried to do it before. She rejected.
You're going to get married.
You did what you had to do as a man and you will remedy things by marrying her.
But I would try to get a paternity test on the down low. DOn't bring it up to her (jeez that would be dumb) but maybe try to do it somehow else.
