8. Long Beach, CA - Lived near there, would not go back
9. Phoenix, AZ - Dont know if I could handle the extreme heat
10. Las Vegas, NV - If not for the constant heat I might consider it, have family there

I think its a good list except for the Orange County and FL picks. If I move anywhere next it will definitely be to the East Coast or a Southern State. South Carolina does not look bad at all, neither does Virgina which has a couple cities near the bottom of my top 25. I do not like living in one spot for an extended period of time. I think San Diego is the longest I have ever stayed in one spot, running on 7 years now. With housing and the economic situations here in CA, I have been considering moving out of the state but who knows.
Ahh man...to be in Charleston again...I was jealous as hell. I lived there for 2 years, and plan on moving back after I finish college. Amazing place..I'll post my list after I get it made

Sounds to me like you should come out here to San Francisco. Fits all those criteria perfectly.

The funny thing is that my #1 spot is where I use to live and where I am going to move back to next month; Los Angeles, CA!

My number 2 spot is where I live right now, San Diego, CA.

My number 3 and 4 spots are where I thought about moving to (Vegas and Hawaii).

I live 45 minutes south of Pittsburgh. There is no way in hell I'd live there. If you've ever been to Pittsburgh you'll quickly know why.
