I'm sure they used to..until scammers / ponzi schemers caught on...
And probably 1/100 are somewhat legitimate.

Might as well get a job, or if you're really strapped for cash, go to a temporary work agency. They'll hook you up fast and you'll work hard for a few days, but earn a bit.
The rule is, if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. You're not going to "earn cash fast" on some goofy looking site that just keeps redirecting you to its sponsors. I've seen a few that were legit but you barely make any money; you have to keep browsing the sites of sponsors, and they send you cheques in the mail, but you barely make anything.

I find it humorous that so many people think that these websites are just going to magically make you rich.
