since I bought my xbox 360 I have yet to burn a dvd, just download between a 700mg and 1.3 gig avi file and stream it. No more dvd's cluttering up everything.

UPDATE: I found that the extender came with the 360 but when i connect it to the laptop, it fails the "IP address" test

Any suggestions?

I use my 360 to stream HD pr0n to my new tv. There are certain things that shouldn't be shot in HD; pr0n is one of them.

I had the "failed IP Address problem." you have to set up a static ip for your 360 IIRC, I have a link somewhere on my home computer, but I'm at work and wont be back for a while. I

I stream video off of my computer to my 360,but i haven't done any huge upgrades or anything

The 360 actually costs more than a ps3 if you want to be able to do all that stuff. The PS3 comes with wireless modem, atleast a 40gig hard drive and can also use Windows Media Center or TVeristy.

You can also transfer movies to ur harddrive with the super fast USB 2.0 ports, takes about a minute to copy a movie over. The other good thing about the ps3 is, unlike the 360 where u need to by the specific hard drive, you can replace the ps3 harddrive with any laptop harddrive.'

This means you can have a ps3 with a 250 Gig HDD.
