The people of Tampa are being kept in the dark. From a digg post:

Total Carb I know this father as I was stationed with him at Macdill AFB I was at the Airport with him when he came in with the children and he stayed at my house talking to district attorneys, senators, state attorneys, tv stations and anyone who would listen to get this situation fixed. This father had 6 weeks of visitation which turned into 8 while trying to fight so that they wouldn't have to go back. In fact he willingly went against a court order to send them back to give Alaska child services the ability to child services at their request. He only sent them back after Florida said they would be put in foster care so that they could be evaluated and get an honest just investigation done. When he arrived at the airport he was supposed to be met by DCF agents and the mother nor her pedophile boyfriend were supposed to have contact with them, but instead the mother and the boyfriend were at the airport and no DCF agents were present. The father called airport security and DCF immediately, DCF told him that he was going to release them to the mother, the pedophile and the mother's cousin, and if he didn't comply that he would be taken care of by the police. Within hours of being back in Florida the kids were again released to the mother and pedophile with no investigation for the 29th time. The father extended his leave for a week here in Florida to continue fighting for these kids from Florida and to speak with the above mentioned individuals. The district attorney would do nothing without a police report and the pasco county sherriffs office would not take a report because DCF stated there was no evidence of abuse. The state attorney's office would do nothing because DCF worked in their office. Everyone else referred him back to DCF so that they could investigate themselves. The father talked to every news station in Tampa when he got nowhere he returned to Alaska and the news in alaska, the above attached video, is the news station that finally listened. The bruises in this video are only a couple of the very large that he has documented. The first time his daughter was sexually abused she was almost 2 weeks from turning 2, she came home at 10:45pm from the mother and boyfriends, her vagina was very open, irritated and with 4 fingernail gouges inside of it. When he took her to meet the off base police they said that it happened in a different part of florida and they would not take jurisdiction and referred him to tampa general hospital. Around 3am an exam was done on his daughter, the nurse put in the paperwork for a protective team instead of calling the police as they should have done, he was instructed to call the team at 7 am which he did. When he called them they would not do anything without a police report so after his daughter only slept for 45 minutes he took her to the juridictional police department who told him that if she was released from the hospital that there was nothing wrong with her and gave him the number to DCF. He called them crying from the parking lot and met with an ivestigator from DCF that took his report and said a team would be sent to swab her and further examine her later that day. 8 hour later they called and told him that they would not send a team but get the records from Tampa General which they have yet to do. Keep in mind this was March 13th 2004 so that is a long time that they have been "trying" to get documents. He is not the type to give up on anyone, let alone his kids, he has had to be restrained and talked down from taking matters into his own hands many times. Anybody who knoqs him and questions his loyalty to anyone doesn't truly know him nor what he stands for.

I think our first option is the contact every local news station in Tampa. Cockroaches squirm when exposed to light.
