I'm glad you lucked out because TigerDirect is notoriously bad, especially with returns and dealing with refurb TVs. I'd stay clear.
Also avoid OnSale for refurbed TVs particularly Westinghouse refurbs.

really? i've had no problems what so ever. its a great tv too. has 2 hdmi inputs.

i like using cnet too to find good deals. their ratings and reviews are pretty informative for the average consumer.

I noticed comments about connectors for tv's being expensive. Go to monoprice.com if you need dirt cheap hdmi cables and if you have a higher end audio system pick up cables from blue jeans cables. Never dish out big money in store for interconnects thats where the big markup is
