Any good music synth/sequencing programs like Reason?
Something like LMMS but for Windows.

uTorrent

With this program you can download/share software, music, games, movies, and other documents.

This is how it works. (download and install the software first)

1) You search for something to download on a torrent site.
These are just a few torrent sites:

http://www.mininova.org/
http://www.torrentspy.com/
http://isohunt.com/
http://www.bittorrent.com/
http://btjunkie.org/
http://www.meganova.org/
http://thepiratebay.org/
http://www.torrentportal.com/
http://www.torrentreactor.net/
http://www.torrentz.com/

2) When the results of your search appear, you will choose the best match for your results by downloading a little file called a torrent file. This file contains all the necessary information needed by uTorrent, so that it can locate the actual files you want to download (e.g. an film that is free for download ).

3) Simply open that torrent file (it will open with uTorrent) and let the program do the rest. The program will locate all the files on the net, and it will download them to your folder of choice. Some torrents (we will use a free album as an example ) will allow you to choose which songs from the album you wish to download. Simply check the empty boxes next to the songs you like, and the program will only download those songs.

4) When the download is finished, the program will inform you with a pop-up.

I've heard uTorrent 1.7 and greater have some kind of MPAA tracking deal/implement. Can anyone shed any light on this?

Eraser will write 0s over the free space, up to 32 passes. I believe 7 is the standard used by the Government, so it basically destroys all the crap you have deleted.
For some reason this download isn't working. Will CCleaner really do the same job? Does it make my old deleted files unrecoverable (as in get rid of the Pr0n I've downloaded through the months)?

On a side note, I used CCleaner and it cleared out over 800MB of space. I had some serious shit on my computer.

Torrents are cool but Utorrent lost a law suite and now has to keep track of everyone who downloads for the movie and music industry to sue. I would suggest doing the steps you listed but getting Bitcommet instead.

^^^

Good looking out Titan. Thanks for starting and updating this thread. Like I mentoined before, I'm a compidiot and I would never know about any of this, so thatnks.

I ran CCleaner yesterday. I was expecting a pain in the ass, since I DL'd at work to take home. It was super quick and freed up about 800mb on my computer.
Got Audacity on there too. Hopefully have Reason soon, and then ya'll probably never see me on Sherdog again.

Where did you hear about this? I'd like to read all of the details. I couldn't find it on google. Additionally, as Canadians aren't we protected since what we're doing isn't illegal here?
