you have posted some bad ass apps in here. Hope you are not truly banned. Another good app for moving files that is 10000% safer then windows explorer is

ServentSalamander

if you have ever tried to move or copy a large file and had explorer crash or hang or just generally make a bloody meal of your PC then this app is for you

PEER GUARDIAN

You will be surprised whos snooping your computer when you are using torrents. You can actually see all the sneaky goverment agencies at work using this program as it blocks them. My friends surf chinese sites on our network and we have had to set up serious security measures as their snooping is through the roof. As an example, peer guardian creates a list as it goes to defend against ISPs that are suspect, with the network using google china my list increased to 8 gigs in 3 weeks. Thats an 8 gig text file

I vaguely remember reading somewhere that you couldn't run certain types of programs together for example spybot with adaware or whatever. Is that the case or could you for example download everything in the OP and run it without any conflicts interactions/problems?

i think there are some spyware programs that recognize other spyware apps as spyware. lol. so it could be true.

The usual advice is that for the real-time monitoring aspect of them, just use one to be always running in the background. If they're trying to do the same thing at the same time, there may be conflicts so if that's the case just turn off real time monitoring for all but one. It really depends on exactly what they're doing; you'd be better off in asking in their specific forums if certain software may conflict with others.

As far as the on-demand aspect goes (ie download>install, then just run a scan now and then) it would be better to use more than one because none are perfect and each is likely to catch things that others miss. So run a scan, fix things, then scan with the next.
