The usual advice is that for the real-time monitoring aspect of them, just use one to be always running in the background. If they're trying to do the same thing at the same time, there may be conflicts so if that's the case just turn off real time monitoring for all but one. It really depends on exactly what they're doing; you'd be better off in asking in their specific forums if certain software may conflict with others.
As far as the on-demand aspect goes (ie download>install, then just run a scan now and then) it would be better to use more than one because none are perfect and each is likely to catch things that others miss. So run a scan, fix things, then scan with the next.
