spyware guard hasn't been updated since 2004 thats why

spyware blaster another poster had mentioned is I guess you can say the "newer"version of it since its made by the same company.

I got both on my computer

And as far as a spyware program goes..

I think AVG anti-spyware is the best one...for me it catches shit that Ad-aware and spybot never catches.

8 gigs? I usually only see that much waste when I empty GrabIt's cache.

It's not an application, but I would recommend divshare which is a free file hosting site. It has unlimited storage and bandwidth, and you can embed or hotlink uploaded files on forums and websites.
