I love Flogging Molly and DropKick Murhpys and The Pogues, which other bands mix Irish Folk music and Punk/Rock/Metal?

Black 47 is in a similar vein. Not as good as the Pogues IMO but you might like 'em.

I need something that rocks man, I enjoy some trad Irish folk music but I want more in the same vain as Flogging Molly and DK Murphys

I love Irish music. I saw DKM a couple of times. A band opened for them in Pittsburgh a few years back and I can not remember the name...something like Sticky Fingers, I maybe way off if anyone knows let me know

Hmm I don't think there are any other good American bands like you're talking about. And it's been too long since I've been back to Ireland and I don't keep up with what's big there so I can't help ya out. Sorry man.

Only 1 of the bands mentioned are actually Irish, the other are American bands trying to be Irish and Im guessing their ancestry is about a dozen generations removed from Ireland. Its cool to be Irish in the US, bands like DKMs or Floggin Molly (these names crack me up, no genuine Irish band would ever call themselves that for anything other than publicity!!) know that so they sell the image. I know the Floggin Molly singer is a DUbliner like me but I honestly think he went to the States to cash in on the cool Irish image and sell it up.

The Pogues are Irish, although 'oul Shano hasnt been in any condition to perform for years. He used to be a good performer/singer.

Im not trying to rip into you here, just telling you the truth about US based wannabe-Irish bands. For real Irish music, look up Christy Moore or The Dubliners, real authentic stuff and fantastic to listen to (even if the lyrics will be hard to hear at first).
