The girlfriend and I rented it a couple days ago. She beat it today on medium without playing too much. She said it's easier than any of the other Guitar Hero games.
I forgot Aerosmith had some good songs from way back in the day. Mama Kin, Toys in the Attic, Dream On, etc. Everything from Aerosmith post 70's sucks in my opinion. On another plus side, the game has New York Dolls, The Clash, and Cheap Trick.
I'd say it's definitely not worth the buy but worth the rent.

I love the GH series, but I don't know how I feel about the Aerosmith one. Haven't played it. Is it almost all Aerosmith? If so, sucks.
