Anyone enjoy waking up early?

I have to say, I really do enjoy the early morning. Some days I make sure I go to sleep at a decent time just so I can wake up around 5 AM. Anyone else go out of their way just so they can wake up early... just for the heck of it?

Absolutely not!

I like the morning, not so early though, 7-9 am is a nice time of day, but I hate waking up early. No matter what time I go to sleep, if I wake up at 5am I feel like I have cotton stuffed in my head for a few hours.

Hate it.

Almost every job I've ever had has been night shift.

Absolutely not. I'm up for work at 5:30am everyday, but without an alarm clock I can sleep in until 10 or 11am no problem.

Sometimes. I go through spells of going to bed at 9 at night and getting up crazy early, especially if Im trying to drop weight or am training. Overall though, Im not a morning person and am much more comfortable staying up very late rather than getting up very early.

not sure if i like the actual process of hauling my ass outta bed early, but if i manage it I always seem to have more energy.

as nice as it is to sleep til midday, i normally wake up with a headache & get nothing done for the day.

I sometimes like it because you can see the world waking up with you. I think that's neat. when I wake up, I usually stay up, but it's not usually at 5am. more like 7am. waking up earlier is rare and a treat. I'm glad I don't do it all the time though.

I like to get up early on my days off. I usually work 6 days a week and hate to waste the usually one day off sleeping. sometimes Ill get up at my usual time of 4am, have a cup of tea out on the balcony, and enjoy the quiet of the city before all the madness starts.
