I guess it's off to the casino then. I know. greeaat idea. I can't come up with 5 grand, but I could loan him a 100 bucks and send him to the casino. From there he'll have to make his fate reveal itself.

you have to borrow it for a loan shark if you don't have the balls to do robberies or drug dealing.

there is no way to honestly earn 5 grand in a week.

you could go around collecting money on behalf of a fake charity door to door. aids, the poor, cancer, starvation. Just pretend to be from a charity and collect some cash. If you work 16 hours a day you might be able to pull in 5 grand.

illegal activities are the only way. Also you know you can request a different public defender right, and you can ask for a continuance from the court to delay the case. Honestly just read some law.....
