You can easily do 100k in a summer (do exterior only), making ~45 k.

A kid I knew who did this (internship, CWP), started his own shit, worked 70 hrs a week for about 6 years, now gets 300+ development contracts.

I don't KNOW if he's guilty or not. I wasn't there when the alleged incident happened. What I do know is:

This idiot got tied up with a psycho-girl
He has been tied up with said person for close to half his life for a reason or another
Terrible relationship where they only use one another
Ms. Psycho has a kid (he's not the father)
My idiot friend-bro had no father
He sticks around for the sake of the fatherless kid to more or less protect her from her drugged up prostitute of a mother (who's recently lost custody of said daughter and this doing this out of retaliation)
He tried getting his life together by joining the military
Said girl got him dishonorably discharged by convincing him to marry and thus go AWOL
Then put a hit out on him (he survived a machete fight) to get the life-insurance the military provided him
Then got him kicked outta school by dragging him down into this current funk
By making her daughter allege he touched her.
A full month after the hit attempt and a year after said incident supposedly happened, and after she'd lost custody of the kid
The hit attempt makes things complicated because:
She was there (encouraging it of course) and hit happened at her place
He actually survived and called the police after the fight
This dumb f*ck then tells the police they were attacked and he defended them
Because of this, he now on record as being an asset to the household
She loses custody and can't get her kid back because of this record (they'll default the kid to my friend who's still legally married to her)
So the only way she can get her kid back is to make him look unfit for parenting.

The guy showed up on my porch sporting a huge laceration across his neck after the hit attempt. My money's on Ms. PsychoB*tch trying yet another way to ruin his life. I mean look at the above and tell me my conclusion isn't reasonable.

The guy is so misguided it's painful. As a friend I'm trying to be there for him but I can't live his life for him. Who knows, he might have to got through this just to grow up a bit.

I know the pitchforks a coming b/c he's an alleged chester, but I know this much:

Even if you ignore the allegations of little girl fondling, your friend sounds like a douche. You are a douche enabler. "She did X,Y, and Z to him." He's letting shit happen. whatever happens to them, the kid needs to be placed somewhere else for sure. Damn, that sucks. Your boy should've bailed a long time ago, now he may be in some serious trouble. I'm not ignoring that. That's waaayy to serious to ignore. Bro or not that's a kid. But knowing the situation I can see there is more than enough of a chance of this being a complete fabrication. I still objectively side with him on the basis on their history and the intent of Ms. Psycho
