Americans: What do you think of our culture?
Maybe I am in a bad mood, but I kind of hate it. The music is horrible now, the art is crap, our sports are filled steroid users, most of the people are stupid as fuck, the smart people are even worse for some reason, both political parties are garbage, TV sucks, the movies suck, the books suck and everything is crap. I am not comparing it to any other country, but our culture sucks.
What do you think? What do you hate or like?

we've always had a less artistic and more industrious culture, which has good and bad points i guess, but i think right now people are being forced away from any good taste or refinement. people don't have the time or money to have good vacations. maybe disneyworld and you can go to epcot and get experience some fake culture. fuck it though you have to seek out the good things for yourself, and if other people don't do it, fuck them. it doesn't hurt be any if they're listening to (c)rap and eating "cheese" sandwiches made of kraft singles and wonderbread.

Oz, Sopranos, The Wire, Battlestar Galactica, Scrubs, Weeds, My Name is Earl
Not so much really great music thou, a few cool movies I am no fan of the superhero genre(except for Batman) so not so many great blockbusters
