Am I the one at fault? (Work Incident)
Well, I have worked at this bakery-cafe for about two years, and anyone who has worked at a food service job knows its a pretty rowdy environment. A lot of young kids , school aged kids, pervert managers, its pretty much the OT on a payroll. With a lot more jailbait.
Anyways I am friends with everyone there, and I regularly call them out on whatever the hell I feel like, and they do the same to me, even the managers.
So heres what happened.
Its closing time, and everybody is doing there duties. A fellow co worker was being particularly annoying all day, interrupting conversations, trying to plug in his lame jokes at every oppurtunity, pretty much you're typical douchebag who cant take a hint when nobody is laughing.
Well I take a sanitizer bucket, and drop it into a trash can he is in the process of lining. (Why I did such a stupid thing, I have no clue)
He then picks it up, drops it, and makes a huge scene. Everybody looks at us, and he is clearly trying to be funny, and then calls me a "mega bitch"
Now normally, him calling me a bitch is no big deal at all, but for some reason I lost it, and got in his face and told him to never talk to me like that again, and for added affect I yanked the trashbags out of his hand hurled them across the store. Everybody got quiet and watched, he backed down. I started to walk off when I heard him mumble "You don want NO drama"
So I turned back around and told him to keep talking so I could blast him across the face. Again he was shocked at my rage, and opened his mouth to protest.
Thats when I interrupted him and said "You are LITERATELY one stupid word away from being punched in the mouth" and he again got quiet and apologized.
The next day he apologized big time, and promised to never use language like that again.
I think why I blew up was because their were a bunch of new co workers that night and I didnt want them to get the impression that anybody can talk to me like that.
So am I at any real fault? He apologized the next day which made me feel guilty as hell.

If you are a girl and cute, then it was their fault, totally. if not, you're an ass.

Women are always at fault, no matter how good looking they are.
