Luckily, we don't have that problem. One of my brother-in-laws works for Mercedes Benz. If anything breaks, I think we can get it fixed at cost.

when are people gonna grow up and learn that mercedes is NEVER a reliable car?

people pay for the looks and the name, not for its reliability and dependability.

German cars are so damn expensive when it comes to repairs, both exterior and under the hood. They make nice cars, but you pay for that niceness.

I've never owned a Mercedes, but I can vouch that my Audi has put a dent in my wallet the few times I've taken it to the shop. And premium gas prices are a kick in the nuts these days.

I've never owned a Mercedes, but have heard nothing but bad stories about their safety and quality. Take that for whatever it's worth.

They are top notch when it comes to safety but reliability and cost of maintenance is another thing entirely.

Damn, the CLK 320 looks pretty nice.

It really comes down to the choice between

Looking pimp in a CLK
OR
Paying less money (insurance, repairs) in the long run.
