Tim Burton's Batman films are the best of the franchise, and while he's not a masterful filmmaker, his Batman films were excellent.

So you hate the entire franchise?

I think the order of the best Batman films coincide with their chronology, i.e. each film was slightly worse than the previous.

As for Batman and Robin: I didn't think it was as bad as everybody else seems to. It was meant as an homage to the original TV series with all of its camp and cheesiness. At least it wasn't ultra-serious while at the same time unintentionally humorous the way Batman Begins was.

Chicago was used for Batman Begins. Reviews mean jack shit to me for Batman movies. I see them all.
