Either way I agree there are some pompous asses here in NYC but if you take into consideration how many people live here and look at the rest of the nation per capita you'll notice we are on par with the average...just because we are in concentrated pockets you notice it more.. *This is my story and I'm sticking to it*

Oh well, when it comes to movie reviews I usually just use the Google _m_et_a review feature to determine the average rank. I definitely can't wait until this weekend to see the movie!!!

Being serious, I'm pumped for this movie. I'll more than likely have to go see it Sunday morning, or go next weekend when the theater is less crowded.

eh, I skimmed through one of the bad ones yeasterday. One reviewer says "In brief, Warner Bros. has continued to drain the poetry, fantasy, and comedy out of Tim Burton’s original conception for “Batman” (1989), completing the job of coarsening the material into hyperviolent summer action spectacle."

The bad reviews I read were pretty dumb, just pretty much looking for reasons to give it a bad review either that or(ive read 2-3 like this) they dislike it because its not like Tim Burton's Batman.

i always make a point to read some of the bad reviews, because sometimes they're valid, and its a more fresh opinion. just read the dark knight negative reviews, and they just sound stupid

ill wait until i see it though, i was a tiny bit underwhelmed by iron man despite all the love for it
