I think by 2020 the US economy will have failed, and with it every economy around the world. This will be directly linked to the Federal Reserve act and Bretton Woods.

In the least, things will be getting critical at that point.

2010: Democrat President of the USA,
2020: Democrasy in Cuba, Google takes over the world
2030: No more israel, their occupation and war crimes finally did them in.
2040: Democrasy in China, most of the middle east and Quebec separates from Canada.
2050: World President, USA is no longer world colonizer or police. Balance of power is established.

I think that all kind's of flare ups will happen in the middle east until we are at war and the west is very much allied. I think China and Russia will be supporting the arabs and eventally, we will be in open conflict with them. Japan will get nuked again, this time by north korea, as a proxy for china, and that will open up the flood gate of Japanese re-militarization. The Germans will also re-militarize. You will see an alliance of most european countries, with US, Israel, Japan, Taiwan, Canada. With fully mobilized Germans, Japanese, US and Israel, the alliance will be a force to be reckoned with. The West will quickly subdue the islamists and will fight mostly conventional wars with Russia and China. Once they are on the brink of defeat, they will launch nukes and western interests and although many will live, the global market will dissapear. We will not be back in the stone age, however, we will still have some geeky people protecting the interent, and without the enforced rule of government, mad scientists will begin doing currently illegal research.

This will all happen by 2020.

By 2050, the southern hemisphere will be the major power base because they werent really involved too much in the war. There will be 3 major races, the mutants (from the radiation), the normal humans, and a race of supreme humans that will be the result of the experiments of mad scientists. They will have cybernetic brains and be like 10 ft tall and will have regenerative capabilites and glow in the dark and shit. They will also be altruistic, but the mutants will give them a hard time and the normals and the advanced people will have to eradicate the mutants. Eventually all the mutants will get killed (I am not anti mutant, I just think most of the world will be) and the advanced people will rule the normals. There will be no more war and diseases will be cured. everything will end up peachy by the year 2150.

All the while, australia is like WTF?
