Zenstov vs Yvel

Wow

Zentsov looked awesome in there, super hard gnp, he was active, his cardio looked decent and he obviously has one punch ko power.

I have to say i am very impressed by him

Having said that he did look a little rusty, his keylock was not done right and if it was anyone else he might have got armbarred for trying the keylock from within their guard.

But alas it was good.

I couldn't agree more. He's impressed my greatly in his last two fights. Zentsov is a much better fighter than his record suggests. If he keeps training with Fedor and improving like he has, he could be a force in the HW division in the future.

That dude has a serious left hook... Boy oh boy... But man, gilbert leaves himself waaaaaay too open sometimes when he engages. And since Zentsov decked Rizzo with the very same strike I'd expect Yvel to know better.

I agree he looked very good, but saying he has a decent cardio, judging from a 5 minute fight?

But that left hand of his is dangerous!

The ref for that fight was horrible, he shouldn't ref another fight in Pride.

Zentsov stood there keeping himself from dropping that final left, expecting the ref to do something. Yvel was clearly out, and the ref just stood there. Eventually Zentsov had to throw the left just to get the ref to step in.

He has an awesome left hook. That's two in a row with the same punch. And he has beaten two very good strikers.

Yeah, that ref is fucking retarded. Zentsov is a classy guy, he avoided hitting Yvel and Rizzo when they were out...
