I saw it too! But my friend said that he was punching Thompson, but I coulda swore it was a tap out! Thompson showed heart lasting all 5 rounds getting taken down all the time and kept trying for submissions, I was hoping he'd get the W for his troubles

What did it look like in the replay? Did they put it on the big screen? I'm dying to see this on Fox.

are you sure your talking about the same fight? Everybody there started cheering because he tapped. However, the ref was on the other side of them so he could not see it. And yes they did show it on replay...

In other post several people said when they played the preplay on the big screen it was clear that Guida was punching him. So far I've heard enough people swearing one way or the other, I'm holding out until it's on Fox to decide for myself.

I was there and thought he tapped as well, when they showed the replay on the big screen Guida was punching.

Sherdog is rampant with Guida tapped, Guida fingered the cuts, and now past opponents are saying....

Clayton seemed very nice in the interview, and no one had said shit before the fight other than his opponents were nobodies. I suspect there is some level of sour grapes now that a ranked fighter has fallen to an unranked fighter.

Could all the rumors be true? Maybe, I haven't seen the fight, but soon it will be on Fox, and we can all judge for ourselves.
