Shammy got tooled in their first fight but went home and did his homework. He looked great in their second fight at UFC 5.
Now that they are both banged up and old I'd like to see number III. I think Royce takes it. Shamrock has taken too muich of a beating in his career. He has twice as many fights as Royce. (This is all assuming there is something left to Shamrock after he fights Kimbo)

I would argue that he did not look great in their 2nd fight. and for that matter nor did Royce.
Ken was happy with a draw in that fight. It has been a while since i watched that fight, but as best as i can remember, Ken never really did anything to advance his position. He seemed content to sit in Royce guard and simply not get submitted...just go the distance.
Yes Royce did go for some sleave chokes...but he never really did a lot either...
All and all...i thought that that was not all that good of a fight...
