before this fight i didnt know a whole lot about fedor other than he was a bad ass, but i didnt know he was THAT much of a bad ass. i think me and my friends said the words "holy shit" about 130 times in ten minutes watching that.
Am I the only one disappointed with tonight's fights? I literally fell asleep at one point watching Affliction (7 o clock here), I didn't care for the grainy 70's picture, the ring, mega death and decisions. I don't mind decisions, but boring ones? Rothwell is not even close to top 10, vera looked like shit, babalu falling out of the ring and the dirty feeling I got at the end of the night. I absolutely take nothing away from Fedor, but the choke was weak, and right away they hyped the Randy fight. I personally would rather see Fedor/Arlovski! Spider looked good, but what did you expect?
Vera fought in the Affliction card? WOW! I thought he was UFC! Anyhow...The only fight I was disappointed in was the Lindland fight. The others were great. I still think they are looking for Rizzo's head in the upper deck.

Randy is a great fighter but he dont want NONE of that. Hes too old and slow , Fedor would just jumo all over him and destroy him. Hes the greatest combat fighter of all time. MMA, boxing anything. The perfect fighting machine. Tim was always a big slow plodder so no surprise that a fighter with explosive speed would destroy him.

he embarrassed a 2 time Heavyweight UFC Champion in 30 seconds. Randy can't handle fedors power.
As a Fedor fan, I never expected him to dominate like this. With every fight Fedor proves to the fans why he is the best ever in MMA. I don't think Randy has a chance.

But man am I glad Fedor won, I did not expect it to be like that but maybe the overrated and hatter shit will be done for a while.
Don't have to like him, but respect should be there.
