Icon10 Minowa's roll...

What the HELL!? Am I the only one who thought that roll into a single leg was utter genius? I had to re-watch it several times to make sure it really happened. Man, at least Minowa tries to make his matches entertaining at times (save for the 2nd baroni fight).

Now I have to ask...anybody got a gif of that awesome display of sheer athleticism?

I was being sarcastic. I took that line from when i used to watch wrestling and someone would do a flip or somthing, causing the announcer (usually JR) to say "Witness the sheer athleticism of the undertaker!"

Mostly thought the Minowa roll was funny. Especially since he rolled into Giant Silva (who could have fallen on him) and got up in a perfect position for a single leg. Almost seems too perfect...

I figured, but seriously. Minowa could have done a cartwheel into a backflip and still had the takedown on Silva. It's not like he really tried to defend it.

I got a good laugh out of it myself. I actually had a friend that would spring stuff like that in grappling tournaments. Once guy went down to sprawl when my buddy started to roll and ended up having my buddy spring up and guillotine him. It's not something you can do more than once, but if people have never seen it...it's one of those things you just assume nobody would ever do!

Coolest takedown I've ever seen, I agree, I am amazed Minowa hasn't gotten more love for that!
